How much does a website cost?
To help you estimate your budget, here are some initial non-binding ranges for typical website projects. The exact price depends on your content, the design and any additional features. Before the project begins, you receive a personal written quote.

These ranges are budget guidance, not fixed-price packages. Features such as a shop, bookings, interfaces, extensive content migration or specialist development can significantly increase the amount of work, even for a small number of pages. Domain, hosting, licences and other third-party costs are listed separately in the quote where applicable.

- How is the initial conversation billed?
- If a project is subsequently agreed, the initial conversation is not billed separately. Any consulting fees without a subsequent project are always agreed transparently in advance. A normal non-binding enquiry does not incur any costs.
- Are the price ranges fixed offers?
- No. They provide initial budget guidance. We agree the specific scope and the corresponding price in writing.
- Will I be able to edit my website myself later?
- That depends on the system chosen and your needs. We clarify this requirement before implementation.
- Are the domain and hosting included?
- These third-party costs are listed separately if they apply to your project.
- Do I need a monthly subscription?
- No, not automatically. Ongoing support is available on request.
- Do you use AI?
- Yes, deliberately as a tool. I explain openly how much personal work, editing and review is involved on How I work.
